 Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing.  The Japanese words rei and ki translate to "Spiritually Guided Life Energy".  Reiki balances the Chakras and clears energy blocks that can short circuit the flow of chi or life force in your body.  A Reiki session is conducted on a massage table with the client fully clothed or can be combined with other therapies. During a Reiki Treatment, the client will feel a warm, glowing radiance that flows through and around the body. Reiki is beneficial in the following conditions:

An application of therapeutic grade essential oils, dropped like rain drops along the spine, that is designed to bring the body into balance, help align the spine and energy centers and release them if they are blocked, as well as, boost the immune system.

Holistic Nutrition is a "Whole Body" approach to nutrition.  After a basic assessment, I put together an individualized program for accomplishing your nutritional needs.  This may include a few sessions of JFB MFR, Reiki, Massage or Young Living Essential Oils to facilitate healing before attempting to nourish your body.  All the good food in the world cannot nourish if the digestive system is not functioning properly.
